The defense took place on June 22, 2023 at the FSBI TISNCM at the base department of physics and chemistry of nanostructures of the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology

Congratulations from the bottom of our hearts Sergei Erokhin with a brilliant defense of a Ph.D. thesis in the specialty 01.04.07 - Condensed Matter Physics. The dissertation was carried out on the topic "Theoretical description of the mechanisms of rearrangement of the atomic structure of a number of two-dimensional crystals by the example of graphene, GaN and AlN".
